Midway through the intense rehearsal schedule, the cast and crew of My Fair Lady are starting to get really excited as they see a love story unfold, or a relationship that is perhaps more defiant than romantic. Part of the reason for the euphoria is the fact, that this is the society’s third time to stage this production since 1974, and they’re dying to show off their grand and refreshing new musical. PRO for the society Joan Larkin, promises audiences they are in for a treat. “How often do you get to see a classic musical stage with the brilliance it deserves, and cast in a way to grant an audience the additional pleasure of seeing it for the first time?”
